im struggling through poverty the best why i can

where the next meal will come from i wonder

im sick and tired of war and threat'z
feel like im living in the world of matrix

i have to chose between food and medicine cuz my baby is throwing up
i'm so confused and my eye'z wide shut
thinking if i should sell my body for a cheap little fuck
this shit is real and we need to look out
cuz our children r growing up fast and without a doubt
being kill'd by ur on ppl is the worst 
but being kill'd by the government is a curse
and to know sometime'z ur color is the cause
make'z it more difficult to blame the flaw'z
ppl need to stop and think about the world at hand
it does'nt take much to give a little of wat u can
cuz ur helping a starving baby and mother as a friend
so when u lay ur head down tonite to sleep
make sure u say a prayer for the one'z that weak
and just dont say it for tonite make it a repeat
