I guess we're all different you know. Find out what ure comfortable writing about, its easier to come out with something. Im pretty much a beginner myself. I always carry a pad and drop down punches and later on add multies to complete it. I guess stay true, stay in the dictionary/thessaurus/rhyme dictionaries...theyll help out. A simple flow can bring out the best in ure punchlines and vise-versa....just my opinion
