interpret it how you will, it's not designed to entertain like a typical cypher, this one's for the more intelligent bunch....




A retro style that glimmered then faded through the decades,
with thoughts as precious as lost intentions,
and soft impressions on useless facades.
beat me up and left me in a river of questions,
a message undelivered while the breath around me quivered,
an answer just as simple as the way the task was given.
a heart that beats with no pressure or rythmn,
but the blessing of a spirit with an image & a picture.
what happened to the gentleman, lady on his arm,
separated by tests of patience through radiance & charm?
the echoes screaming quietly so spitefully you bled,
i didn't want to hurt you so i lied to you instead,
there's something at your feet, but you cannot feel the floor,
astounded by a bonfire but a candle even more,
an education taught by the deliborately shielded,
an opinion not to be voiced so we're silently appealing,
a drug so sober the effects are paranoid,
you're validly entered yet declared nul & void,
Marlon Brando, Jamees Dean, Munro & DeNiro,
iconic images of you, hailed as a hero,
amphetamine your adrenalin, re-enacting classic scenes,
hallucenagenic on blood rushes, violence & acid dreams,
glancing around the world in that same old tone of voice,
if seeing is believeng i guess we don't have a choice......

Suds I sip slow, as I tip-toe across 
the thin line between hardly and serious.
partly delerious as we party in pyramids, 
hotties are here amidst the gods we had feared as kids..
every part of me curious until the spark in me furious
until this soul, heart, will part
only true hope that when we see darkness we�re dearly missed.
Yet my own demise is merely a tall tale unill 
It�s that season, 
the smoke will toss and dance across the embers
a star�s endeavor, scoff at chance
no imposter�s stance just a thirst for life as we cross the desert
an at-any-cost contender that lost his chance
and is soon forgotten like a frosted branch in a lost December�
so don�t misunderstand. I wonder can I over come.
I see clearly the other hand. But like a rubberband,
It snaps back, and with me? It�s never �that�s that�
I attack and defend. 
Use tact and facts in attempt to collapse the event.
Reaction/intect. Grasp what I meant? No repent
Never the actions of man forgotten after they�ve went.
So as I wade slowly through 
somewhere between the stars and the swamp waters
right smack dab in the middle of the grey area..
bouncing back and forth between the ebb and the flow
ten steps down the road the pen sweats from the load
the mighty pen, ink bleeds, death to create, head blessed, let it flow.
Let it flow.
still free as he who is strapped straddling the atom bomb 
no back peddling just, cowboy hat in the air, falling. freedom.
