Ok that was absolutely phenomenal. Great verses from both, and this was a hard one to pick. After my first listen I got the impression that Jayse had a technically superb verse, whereas Wired had gone for specific personals instead; kinda like the Rieper vs Wonderbred battle in the text tourney last round. However, after further listens I found Wired’s verse was actually at quite a high level technically too, and Jayse had some hard-hitting personals as well. At the end of the day I gave it barely to Wired, although I’m unsure which way it will go overall. This is my reasoning for giving it to Wired over Jayse:

1) Although Jayse’s punches had nicer setups, the actual punches themselves didn’t seem as vicious to me as what Wired was saying

2) Despite it being a blind drop battle, Wired was able to foresee and respond to the type of verse Jayse would drop and say it would be lacking in personal, factual punches. I always find it hugely effective when an emcee predicts an element of their opponents verse without seeing it, and this was a big thing Jayse didn’t have.

No hate to either emcee, good luck to both of you in winning this final round, you would both deserve to be the victor if you got it.

as for Steve irwin..he was one of Australias biggest superstars/idol ...he was a wildlife expert that lost his life to a sting ray while swiming over the top of it....The sting ray instantly stuck its barb up and it hit Steve directly in his chest and instantly punctured his heart killing him before he could make it back to land to a near by hospital..... Jayse is a shark... im basically saying ya gonna get stung like steve did and ya not gonna know what the fuck ya run into....because Steve didnt see it until it was 2 late.. im explaining this a little wrong lol..but ya all get what i mean...i suck at giving expos

Damn, I like it! winner had a body shot K.O. on this one, an unexpected rarity. Back and forth, back and forth. Nice punches, pretty hard punches, a night at ceaser's palace type of fight. I mean chowing on some popcorn when all of a sudden kidney shot, BOOM!!! and this one was over. Thank you to both you and your corner for giving us our money's worth. gb

This was dope, Jayse has the aggressive delivery down pat, had some dope bars and the flow was consistent. Wired dropped a decent verse, flow was on point and you were direct throughout the entirety of the verse. This was punches vs personals so for me comes down to preference, based off that I got jayse taking this w/ the stronger delivery and having more lines that stood out, wired you were dope but when taking the personal approach you gotta have haymakers sprinkled within the verse, I feel you sacrificed punches for having more direct bars, but I can see this going either way my vote is soley based on which style I prefer, good spar fellas.

Side note: I saw the stipulation about loser leaving the site, that shit is wack, you're both dope emcees don't let Internet beef get that serious, accept the outcome and move on.

I gotta say this was WAY higher than the average quality of audio battles i see here. Both had great flow, bars and cadence, but idkk man I kinda like how aggressive Wired was, dude was straight fucking angry lol I loved the attitude.

I have to edge it to Jayse.. heres why, he had the better delivery by a little, his punchs hit abit harder as well.. Wired I liked how you went personal you deff took it in the angle aspect but what really edged it for me is the fact that Jayse had 2 word rhymes and multies while you went with alot of one word rhymes wich makes things alot easyer to write.. thats just my take on it but it deff was a close one.. I just need to see more complexity in the rhymes.. both was fire tho! GB FV!

This was a good battle. Content wise it was close. While one guy may or may not have fabricated some bs, i felt his stuff a bit more. Both had good momentum and little to no slip ups. Leaning this way...slightly.
