Zim, I'm not tryna hate on you man. I recognize a certain potential listening to you. Not sure if you actually care or not. You sound like your just fucking around. Which is fine. But still is gonna kinda miss the mark around here for most listeners I think. Cause I think the majority of people fucking with this site, actually love Hip Hop, wether they suck or not. And right now your drops are just sounding a little shallow. Even Eminem admitted to playing out those impersonation raps. I mean that could still be done, but you need to make it mean something for it to not come off as kinda socially disrespectful. IMHO. Keep it up though. Zimbabwe: I liked your flow, and you rode the beat well but your lyrics were lacking a lot, you just repeated where you are from needlessly, choked in the end and a lot of your bars weren't even centered on attacking your opponent. BNAS: I feel you rode the beat a bit worse than Zim, but your bars were more aggressive and centered on attacking your opponent, though I do feel your verse lacked a bit structurally as well. My winner got this based on aggressiveness and actually taking shit to his opponent. Also apparently Zim bit something, this didn't effect my vote though because I have no clue what he "bit". Oookay…. One flowed a bit better, but had a lot of filler lines devoted to presenting a character impersonation? I feel as though the best lines were at the very end of the verse, but fell off before repeating the "chorus". The other did not ride the beat as well, but was a bit more direct in his aggression. Because it is a battle, I feel its only fair to give it to the contender who battled more directly and seriously. I feel as though the other contender could have won by battling more instead of going with the gimmick…. no hate at all… just rather hear you battle rap, which you obviously can do. RESPECT 2 both.
