one_of_a_kind: Your delivery was cool. You rode the beat nicely, but it was 60 seconds of pure nothing (especially from a battle stand point) mixed with curse words to make up the syllable count in order to keep your rhythm. There wasn't 1 stand out line. I know it's an open so you don't have a target to aim at but you still need to be aiming for some kind of clever bravado or general punches that can be used on anyone. Even as a cypher type free, flow aside, it wasn't hitting because there isn't any content there. You've got the natural down with the delivery so you're half way there, Even if it is a more sing songy style than a direct approach required for a battle. (You can mix up the 2 but aiming for the latter for the Majority of any of your verses will land you in better sted) The content will come with the more battles you listen too, as well as the more of them you record. S1 The Sick: You kinda suffered from the same problem one_of_a_kind did (only to a lesser degree) in terms of content. But you were a lot more clear (delivery was a little sketchy, kinda stiff and robotic and a tad monotone) no clever lines in there but you didn't really on the "motherfucker" crutch one_of_a_kind did and though the content was pretty poor (especially for a snipe :I hope for both ya sakes this is an open snipe lol: where you had the advantage to get more personal) your content was slightly better and I felt like you were actually competing, or at least TRYING to compete in a battle, so with that said my vote goes to Sick in an average at very best battle.
