3V1L was way ahead of 40killa in terms of execution but was lacking actual punchlines (Except maybe for the closer) and that's what you need in order to even have a shot at winning usually. So I guess 40killa wins basically by default, but I do see potential in you 3V1L. Just gotta work on double meanings. Fair's in.

3VIL: Rhyming wise, pretty good. Bars have a nice fluidity to them. Punchwise you're lacking somewhat, seem to focus more on the rhyming than the punches here. No need to split a multi up with - in it. 

Overall: Have 3VIL taking the win here with the better structured piece.
