Man this is tough. I'm sorta leaning towards Saaxxx's direction due to being a bit more consistent in his verse from start to finish although I feel Cosovic took line of the battle with the autocorrect punch. Fresh idea and I fuck with it.

Saaxxx there was a stretch in the middle of your verse where the Fail Army Videos and nursery rhymes punches were more so statements than clever flips on the idea, and that in itself almost cost you, then at the tail end you basically rhymed PONENT 3 times in a row (EX-PONENT, COM-PONENT, OP-PONENT), which isn't exactly that impressive imo. Your best punch was either GI Joe or Sauna (which are box/chamber lines that have essentially been done before). You won simply by being more consistent than Cosovic was with no broken multis.

Cosovic like I said the autocorrect line was dope but how you wrote the majority of your lines is what cost you here. If you had kept the multis clean you would've probably taken this easily imo cause punch wise you were better than Saaxxx here. However, broken multis is one of the more easy mistakes you can correct and I can't really in good conscience vote for the verse that had better POTENTIAL even though it had multiple flaws to it over the verse that was presented better, ya know? Just one of my things, I guess. You had a few punches that I felt were played, but you're elevating quickly, so you'll be able to recognize what caliber of opponent to use those against in no time. Fair's in.

Good battle here. Both these guys keep getting better. This was kinda even punch wise. Saaxxx opener was funny. I thought the exponent concept is clever, the Chinese punch to close it out was cool, and the sauna punch was my favorite. Cosovic had the autocorrect, Ghandi, and go for broke lines I liked. Saaxxx had the fail army punch where the wording got redundant. Cosovic had a bunch of broken multis and his wording in spots was a bit clunky. Both brought some good stuff but I gotta give this one to Saaxxx. He had the smoother read with less technical errors and botb imo with the sauna punch.

This was really hard to vote on. Saax had nice ish in there like when he said chest all open like he's practicing yoga. That was fire! I see improvement in Cosovic's work every new battle, and I'm giving this to him for harder punches. I liked the autocorrect line in the beginning. Very close though, couldve gone Either way for me.

missmatch here i feel saaxxx came hard lined them punches up with some nice flow and decent multi syllable rhyming, loser could learn a bit from baba he is still improving and doing well keep it up

I judged this battle primarily on flow, complexity, and punches. This is what I got:

Flow The Saaxxx Baba: 6 / Cosovic: 6

Complexity The Saaxxx Baba: 6 / Cosovic: 6

Punches The Saaxxx Baba: 6 / Cosovic: 5

The flow was about even on both sides, but there were also a few hiccups on both sides. For example, Saxx's "accomodate juice" like a LAME NAZI line was a nice metaphor, but "juice" isn't exactly congruent with "jews" which is pronounced with a longer "oo" sound and the s often sounds more like a z. But that could be due to accent difference, not a big deal. Cosovic also slipped up, for example when he rhymed GETTIN' PLAYED with HELLA ASHAMED. One is 3 syllables and the other is four. Again, not too much of a big deal. Just thought I'd point out examples of what I meant by hiccups. As far as complexity, you were also both about even. You both used a lot of "like" metaphors. You get credit for even using metaphors to begin with because it shows you're not absolute beginners, but "like" metaphors are the most basic and you both relied on them heavily, Saxx a little more than Cosovic. Saxx:  LIKE BNAS, like he was paving a FOOTPATH, like a LAME NAZI, like FAIL ARMY VIDEOS, like NURSERY RHYMES, etc. Cosovic: like he's CALLIN' COLLECT, like I'm PART OF A SECT, like AUTOCORRECT, LIKE GANDHI, etc... It can get redundant and I feel you will advance when you start finding other ways to make comparisons and tie different concepts without using "like." Not a lot of wordplay from either of you. As far as punches, I'd give Saxx the edge here mainly because Cosovic had a couple of punches that were underwhelming. I actually liked the "die over a right" LIKE GANDHI metaphor, but that was about it. Saxx did a better job maintaining relevance and executing overall better punches more consistently. Idk I wasn't feeling either's punches too much here but what Cosovic did to lose this battle was drop broken multies. If not for that then this would have been a lot harder to decide. Felt like Saaxxx had some bad wps like jews / juice (this doesn't work as well as you might think as an ESL speaker) and needed to shore up basic mistakes like repeating words (fails/failed army videos). I was still moderately entertained by both verses here though. Fair's in.

Forgot to mention the Sauna line from Sax. BOTB easily and it's a punch I would've been proud to drop myself
