KILLERS.

This is the first 8 I've dished out in a hot minute.. Esso had the punches, the repetitive jabs that Tay Roc deals out. Ivysaur had some dope shit here, I expecially liked two of the punches he threw

‘Always tryna be a player, too’ like he 'prefers USING LUIGI' but he ain’t ‘got the right moves for staying alive’, unless he ‘GROOVES TO THE BEE GEES’!

^^ this was soo saaxxx i'm typing this with one hand while the other is busy...

overall ivy had a few good lines here and there but nothing wow like esso's here which was the deciding factor for me too. 

Classic Battle here

Ivy had some solid punches here. really liked "Run-in your house," "second-hand smoke," "tryin to get a deal, cut it out/coupon," "blown out of proportions/exagerated stories"

Esso's verse was really clean. really liked "cleanin' up,stick n buck it'/squeegee," "player 2, luigi," "moves for stayin alive/bee gees,"state farm/agens with him"

Overall had to give it to Esso here. it's close but his bars were structured better, more complex schemes and less "'set up' LIKE 'comparison'" bars. great battle guys. 

Ivysaur: Conceptually & Creativity-wise, not bad at all man. Opening bar has some issues though, trying to make things fit and or make sense ie. George Washingtons car... Need to work on that as well as on your exectuion/delivery and wording a bit more. Keep at it. 

Esso: Good concepts and exection of said concepts. Smooth readability and good punches thrown into the mix. Votes in for Esso with the all-round stronger piece here. 

Esso has the better punches in a good, close battle. His opener was a nice humorous punch.

Ivy had a decent verse. That second had smoke bar if set up better would've probably been BOTB. Your concepts are dope just need to be delivered better IMO. Overall great battle!
