Being generous with the ratings. One was basically a cypher and the other lacked anything note worthy. However, one was a better battle formatted verse while the other wasn't. This earns my vote.

I got it going to jazzy simply on the fact that the verse actually went at the opponent. Writing structure, concepts, and rhyming were at an extremely elementary level from both here so the fact that jazzy actually tried to diss his opponent is the sole reason he takes this W. fairs in.
