Very tough one to call. I think proper actually had a couple more punches here and just executed his verse a bit better. Jazzy tried to flip the clown concept but it flopped and didn't really make a lot of sense while being a bit too "self hype" and taking up a lot of space in the verse. 

Prop - You filled the box lol which is progress. Now to work on the seperation of each end bar. When you are dealling with basic rhyme schemes you need to shorten and add as much punch in between each rhymeing end bar.

Jazzy - consistant flow, basic rhyme scheme. But you had a harder verse overall

Both arent that great, not very many syllables, basic rhymes, no punches, but i think jester was better at attacking his opponent.
