This was pretty good and closer than I thought it would be. Fidels writing structure was clean as usual but felt he played it kinda safe conceptually. The wrote the book on cake/recipe for disaster was definitely a high point. Cake had some good punches in there...the flipped his life around bit was the nicest. There was two spots where u got redundant about Rule and used 'rounds' punches twice in a row. Sounds like nitpicking but like I said...it's close so that's what you do. 7-6 Z

Both dudes were on top of they game here there is no doubting that.. not for a second. Overall I think one shined by punching more as the other shined from his multi usage. Overall dope battle here fellas two heavy weights

Felt this was pretty close. Both had some bars that were kinda played. The cakedout birthday cake angle might be impossible to flip in a fresh way. Caked seemed to take a bar to diss rule, or if not it was worded in a way that it seemed too. My decision is coming down to wording and polish because punch wise it was close. Caked had a super weird multi at the end that is throwing me off and was a bit less clear so I'm edging to fidel but if cake cleaned a few things up it coulda been different.

Fidel - Thought your verse started off on the lighter end and then continued to get better and better as the verse went on. Technical wise everything seemed on point and the whole verse was a smooth read. Favorite bars were casual tee, recipe for disaster, and the closing line. Trashing the first couple of bars I think could have taken your verse up a notch in the consistency department.

Caked - After reading your verse I could tell it would be on the closer end for me to choose my winner. Basically the same thing as fidel, take out a few bars and clean up so your verse has a bit higher consistency in the punches that connect department. In terms of the punches, I thought it was the opposite of Fidel's where I thought you started off better and sorta fell off. I liked the Thank you punch and the Change for the best was my favorite in your verse. Few fell off for me at the end, Rule punches, alien invasion and the closer fell a bit flat for me. Closer just seemed misworded, something seemed off with it.

Overall - Enjoyable battle, as I read back through a second time, I for sure got my winner here. Good luck.

I thought this battle was fairly even until I got to near the end of CakedOut's verse and he started dropping bars that were just terrible: 2 ROUNDS bars back-to-back, Got Zipped / Gossip, and a wordplay that didn't work both ways grammatically ("You wouldn't farewell cake"). If not for this sudden drop in quality, I think Fidel still would have won, but it would have been a lot closer. Fidel wasn't great himself, but he didn't have anything truly bad. It was just kind of a forgettable verse. Fair's in.

Fidel, nothing complex and nothing crazy, but decent punches delivered well made for a good verse to read through with things all coming together well. A very good technically crafted verse. Would love to see you use this base of great fundamentals to jump off in the future.

Caked, surprisingly very similar. This is probably the cleanest, most well crafted verse I've seen from you. Not much is struggled, most wordplay works well, not a lot of negativity at all. Want to see you really go hard coming off of this because this is a really positive direction.

Overall, I think Fidel was just a little bit more creative conceptually and although it was rare, Caked did stray a little in wording here or there.

Very close battle. Think both have a tonne of potential off of this performance.

Got Fidel here with the cleaner drop overall in terms of wording and rhyming and just a bit more creativity in the concepts. Cakedout was pretty solid but I think his back to back ROUNDS bars hurt him as well as ROUNDS bars really don't have a place in non snipe battles.

had to give it to the first verse for clips that were a little fresher, second verse flowed well but their punches i didn't feel like were hittin as hard

Nice match here. Both had highs and lows so its almost even tho i got fidel on the win due to slightly better execution and better nameflips caked your drop was good just needed a couple more haymakers to secure the W. Its never hate im always fair thanks to both for the efforts and much RESPECT💯 My fair is tossed
