I have mixed feelings on this bout. I think there were several bars with great ideas behind them executed poorly, and several with nonsensical ideas I didn't understand but executed well. I gave it to GRizzEAT because I think I knew what he meant with every bar and his well-executed lines were a bit above 2FUEL's, whereas I found FUEL's verse quite difficult to understand in many parts.

2FUEL, I think you put much more in quotation marks than you needed to. Try to cut down the amount of each line that the reader is meant to think about and look for double-meanings in, because overdoing it really hampers readability and flow. I can't work the significance of a number of your quoted passages, and your #1 priority should be to leave your reader feeling confident in what they've read. You did have some nice bars in there though. I liked the Mike Tyson one, and your closer made me chuckle although I think it could have been executed much more cleanly, for instance by rewording it to avoid using a colon.

GRizzEAT, I got what your bars meant but sometimes the idea really didn't work too well. Greenwich isn't coastal at all, which I know sounds nitpicky, but it always helps if your concept is actually possible. Also in general I didn't think it was very strong even if it worked. I would have liked to see you use more haymakers over jabs, as in building punches over two lines instead of a string of one-liners and filler. I liked your closer, initially I thought it was a ROUNDS bar but after thinking about it it isn't so nice concept. I have no idea if Classick At Rhymin was ever referred to by anyone as C.A.R. but I'll give you the benefit of the doubt. That was the bar of the battle imo.

Good showing from both although I think there's a lot of room to improve, I can't see how long this vote is in the text box but it feels really long so I'll stop now. If you have concerns over anything I've written feel free to hit me up.

Got Grizz taking this with the better built up, stronger punches. Car-pooling trips and your closer were the best from you, imo. Fuel's verse was pretty decent but punch-wise I just don't think he matched up with Grizz bar-for-bar. Honestly liked the pen/sword line for some reason even though it's not really my preferred style of writing, per se. That was your highlight in your verse. Good spar, though.

Nice spar here gents. Honestly this came down to execution. Both had great ideas and concepts but ones execution let them down. Its like you strap in for the ride, connecting the concepts but theres never a big moment. Fairs in. 1/

quite a bit of quotable here, overall a ver good tight and close battle here. fuel went with the longer punch approach while grizz with the shorter ones mostly i liked the name in ya mouth and the nosey neighbour bars from fuel the best his closer was cool too but not too fresh as his first few while grizz had his highlights with the tornado, scarecrow and his closer too which was pretty close to be the BOTB imo and the car pooling bits were nice too but not fresh conceptually.

overall i think fuel edged this one for the better worded verse by a hair here infact this shit could still go either way but i'm leaning with fuel here for the better overall verse.
