Close battle here. Feel both had a solid line or two but the rest seemed to lack much impact. I think the concepts were kind of basic from both but ones were executed more properly than his opponent. I have one winning this slightly by being more consistent with his punches. 

Leanin king on this one. Nite always steps up when he's battling a good rapper. Unfortunately I felt the dbz theme stuck around a bit too long and coulda lead to a better punch tho.
