Both lacked a lot in terms of punches but one's rhyming was more impressive from start to finish which is why I'm voting the way I am.

Thoume's verse was just all-out terrible. Hell, some of his lines didn't even rhyme. There's absolutely no structure to this, no attempt at making any sort of concrete punchline. Not even any sort of noticable writing technique such as wordplay of metaphors have been incorporated into his verse. He made a slight effort at launching shots towards his opponent which, by themselves, were unsatisfactory. 

Mach here obviously knew what he was doing even without him using punchlines to defeat his opponent as every user here should do when it comes down to battle rap. In this case it was totally unrequired for him to take the W here and he has obviously acknowledged that. Instead, you used way more consistent and well-played jabs that were improved with multi-syllable rhymes that made them ultimately hit heavier than anything his opponent had to offer.
