THC Championship battle. Doep spar gents. Rai you brought your A-Game here. Started off a little slow imo but picked up steam. Last three punches in particular (Dusted onward) was cracky. OE welcome back, 8 years out the game to back one of the sites best active. Hit n miss on some of the punches and the longer builds. Corner sofa was dopeee. Paper cups also a highlight. Overall i felt one took this, a battle fitting the title. 1/

Kinda what I expected would happen here. Rai was fresher and hit harder from top to bottom here. Had some good punches like the lifeguard on duty and grave mistake/dead wrong bars. Those were your standouts. Had a couple duds like OE/Liquor (too obvious to hit hard), and fire walls/Die Hard (setup was a reach, imo), but overall I thought this was one of your better 32s to date. 

OE you definitely have/had some rust to kick off, but overall this wasn't too bad. Still maintained a firm grasp of the fundamentals, but your bars simply weren't as creative as Rai's were here to get the W. Lil Peep and paper cup phones were your best ones, imo. Bars like the crypto currency line where you had to really stretch to make the two meanings come together, along with the creature comforts bar, which felt like a lot of filler, brought your verse down a notch here. Not a bad showing in your return battle, though.

Rai - You had some good concepts that hit decent and your verse was constructed well. The cons of this verse were some multi sets that didn't rhyme well at all An example right off the bat, MUSICIAN THAT LACKS THE BASIC and aCOUSTIC RIFFS I'VE MASTERED PLAYIN. I know it's cool to have long multis but if it doesn't work, sometimes you just gotta go down to something more manageable to work with like 5-6 syllables (Like you did later in the verse). 

OLDE ENGLISH - Verse was decent, but there were places where some lines were just simple flips or insults, where with Rais verse it was constantly set up punch throughout. 

My vote goes to the one that was more consistent and had more creative ideas

Read this over a couple of times to make sure I was solid in my opinion, but I have Rai taking this because his body of work was more consistent in punches, setups, and fresh concepts. It's not an old style versus new style type of thing, but Rai simply fit more, harder hitting punchilnes in his drop and they were more creative as well. Bar of the battle was: U were not spoken of in signups, they just said u SNATCH CROWNS FROM THE GREATS, but now I see a bunch of wording issues in ya PAD, PAL: IT'S A SHAME So how are we "supposed to pen-point a legend" if we can't "MAP OUT" WHAT'S DISPLAYED!"/

Great punch there, fair is in. Respect to both.

On an A-A B-B this doesn't work.

On an A-B A-B it is fairly long winded and a stretch of a lot of the capped syllables. Honestly this opening from Rai really changed a lot since the rest of the verse went a lot better. But an opener that is this much of a stretch is hard to get over.

His opponent opens in a similar A-B A-B pattern but is shorter and more to the point and less of a stretch. The rest of his verse was also fairly solid so after a few reads this really tips the scales for me. GB

ok this was a really good battle i felt one was more smoother while the other i felt was more creative.Both had good punches. But  one was a litgle more consistent thats what took this battle to me. Fair is tossed fellas goodluck to both

this was kinda one sided to me. rai forced a few mulit strings due to the size, but for the most part, some very good creative punches.. and name play.. olde, you were cleaner, but definately from a different era, and the punches just fall flat imo.. had u dropped some heavier flips, and more double meaning entrendes u wouldve taken this easily.. so i edge it to rai for not as clean but harder punches and better creative content vs. cleaner read but punches were just weak imo..

Olde started off tight but kinda felt a little soft towards towards the second half of his verse while Rai brought in one of his hottest verses till date leaving no stones unturned. this was a good read from both prolly a difference in them styles or something but Rai was able to pack more punches than Olde which i was not expecting but it happened and i felt Rai got this convincingly imo coz this is prolly his most consistent stuffs till date and the coser was dope ! the opener is a little played but both had their share of a few old concepts. Dope battle nonetheless kudos to you both for making this happen!

Consistency wise I have one taking it in that department. Both had highs and lows but more highs than lows. One had some interesting concepts with nameplay such and the cue ball line. Olde started slow but it picked up pretty quickly and he went in pretty hard. The cup phones line was pretty dope but I think you started declining just a bit again towards the end. Overall this was a good battle. I have one taking it with a more consistent verse. Tight votes. 8.1 to 8.3

Honestly? I felt there was a pretty obvious winner here. One just didn't seem to shake the rust off the way they needed to to take this one. 

Rai, opener was worded badly, the flow to it came off choppy. You came with creative ideas and punches fairly strongly though your set ups need work, some were worded awkwardly in place..decent drop all around as you punches consistently

OE: Your flow waseasier to follow, much cleaner wording. Like the internal rhymes a lot, but felt like youre ideas weren't as fresh as Rai's, seen some of those concepts before. Also the closer waant directed at your opponent. 

Appreciate the feedback,  Its fairly hard to transition to text after 8 years of live battles but I feel I did my thing..
