both were pretty much on point with the basics ecept for the heavily slanted multis in 978's closer pretty neat with the wording to esp naut but what made the difference here was the conceptual flips to your punchlines which naut did not have thus all his punchlines felt like jabs while 978 had  a decent one in his opener and with the liquor line which made me reach at my decision overall a decent battle i think naut has huge potential if he can conceptualize his bars better.

Neither really had much traction for either of the verses. Both has the idea but need to work on executing concept to paper. My Losers overall flow of his bars was very 'stop and go' so to speak. Needs more setup and comparison  to lead to a hard hitting punchline. This applies to my winner as well, but my winner had more of what the loser was lacking. Either way fair vote is in. Check out some veteran textcees on the site and read over their battles to get ideas of how to bring harder bars to the table such as RULE, Unknown Artist, Real Talk, remarK, Meta4, Left Field, Warren Peace just to name a few.

Naut: maybe a bit of work on ur filler words and use of commars etc, not a huge fix, i like your aggressive style and had some cool ideas, maybe some build ups to your puns and structure the verse to be all round relatable, otherwise not bad fam.

Gave this to 978...pretty dope drops from both, but 978 had the better punches and setups...consistent and good structure. Naut, you had a pretty nice drop... although, it would help to work on your setups and punches...your multis were pretty much on-point!

Naut came pretty good.. Flow was amazing and multies on point for the most part.

978 had some great punches and kept up with multies.  ..

Overall I believe 978 deserve this one.. He was better

first off please stop using the advanced ratings. That is the most outdated unused thing on here. Secondly, I got nine clearly winning with light bars. Naut your wording was bad, way too many errors, and very simple bars. Like you just started off with a glory hole angle that made absolutely no sense. Votes in. Study up.
