This was closer than I thought it’d be. In the sense that one has greatly improved, and threw some hits while other had 1 or 2 better punches. SV: I would have looked for another way to word the finisher. Buzz makes me think of bees more than solar panels. I liked the setup tho. Overall your opener and Pugz bar had me rolling.

Wrath: your Tom hardy bar was good imo. Everything else is just kinks in the way you setup and execute. If you want something more in-depth hit me up. Fairs in. High rates for hotlist

Good shit fellas I must admit WrathChild improved some decent bars but you don't have to have long multi's all the time fam Svengali not ya best verse but you had couple clean hits ya know WRATHCHILD still have minor wording issues so I went with the more polish verse with harder hits 

So vote goes to Svengali

I honestly felt this was a good n close battle...I'ma give it to wrathchild...fella you're most definitely getting better concepts structure n all..not bad my guy...other fella you're not bad either my g...I jus felt like we came a little better and was a bit more creative with his concepts...both need work as well this site is the point..good job fellas 

Svengali:

"Oh Daaaaamn! Wrath a real gangster - COLD AS THE WIND WHIRLS, his WHOLE ACTS OFFICIAL brotha I'm tryna HOLD BACK A GIGGLE you ain't 'Got the Numbers to See This Round Through' w/ a JOB AS A RING GIRL!!"

The setup could have been a lot more consistent and climactic. The conceptual build from the start seemed a little fragmented/slanted multis, which in essence diluted the effectiveness of the overall punch/although it was a very thoughtful and creative concept...comedically. It could have been better executed. For an opener, if left plenty to be expected...but didn't deliver the sting that I was looking for.

"How you finna COME FROM DEFEAT? This bitch couldn't measure up w/ MUG SHOTS RELEASED you'll get JUMPED ON THE STREET and 'Disappear Over This Beef' w/o letting PUGZ OFF THE LEASH"

This particular bridge/setup was pretty good, well orchestrated and assembled. As it played off current events/discussions...which increased it's relevance in visualization. The multis were a bit slanted here as well. Good job here though.

"It's like I'm Solar-Powered when that HEAT SPRAYS FROM ABOVE it's electrifying you can bring your TEAM MATES IN TO JUDGE but brotha Ya 'Whole Panel will Get Sonned' I'm CREATING A BUZZ!!"

This bit was a pretty solid, and overall good play on solar energy. Impressive. Yet, 'heat doesn't spray'...it took nothing away from the impact of the punch, but I did cringe a tad when I first started reading it...but you did make up for it punchwise.

The Wrathchild:

"he's like rotten veggies,with dead BEAT ROOTS,THIS SEEDS WORKS IS TAINTED!as rotten medleys,coz they wouldn't"sprout with GREEN SHOOTS"IF HE GERMINATED!"

As an opener, this was pretty solid...Initially, I had gotten lost in your excessive punctuation and capitalizations, which immediately makes one think "forced /reaching". For a concept, it was pretty fresh and the following punch really resonated.

"writing REACHING N FRANTIC rhymes REEKING RANDOM SHIT his texts so backwards reading them is like READING ARABIC."

The multis was a tad bit slanted here, I understand the concept...but the buildup left much to be expected. The rise, didn't match the desired potential of the punch. I've also taken accent into account as well.

"& his flows so dried out that they could POTRAY A DROUGHT or be an outdoor game coz they ALWAYS PLAYED OUT"

This was solid, no critique here.

This, in my honest opinion is the BOTB... although, one again...the excessive punctuation and spacing of your ideas, are hurting the delivery of your punch. Very important that you polish this up...it's effecting it's readability. If you would have capitalized the first letters in the names Tom/Hardy...as for expression, it would have had a greater impact.

Once again, slanted multis...great concept once again, yet...the intensity of the punch was blared by the lack of consistency in the multis, which didn't leave much room for a full setup.

Overall: The winner edged this, with more creative concepts and more material compacted...consecutive punches...yet the slanted multis really brought the value of your drop down. My Loser: had great concepts, yet fragmented...and left much to be expected. The opening series, was a verse killer for me and should have never made it passed the draft stages. A better opener, would have for sure won this.

GTR really appreciate the feedbacks bro, thanks a tonne! i mean win or lose i just wanted feeds on how the verse stood as i have trying to add in set ups to my punchlines only recently and knowing that Svengali is pretty much a VET i tried to push myself to write differently than my usual stuff. thanks to everybody who voted i am honestly humbled and GTR i owe you one bro.

Svengali won this one for sure. Although I wasn’t the hugest fan of some of the wording (like the panel get sonned/sunned), it was still head and shoulders above Wrath’s. Sven’s writing was just better structured and rhymed better. Also, it was easier to understand his punchlines, not becaus they were overly basic, but because they were just set up and delivered much clearer. Fairs in thanks for the read.
