This was a really weird battle. In the end, 7inch's verse confused me and YANW's made me crack a smile which is why I saw it the way I did.

7inch you know what you're doing as far as how to do multies, and basic punches, so I won't really give you feedback on content. But structure-wise, you have a long ways to go. Firstly, don't use line breaks, they take away from the amount you can do. Secondly, try to work on the basic structure of having 1 punch per bar, where there's two lines each ending in the same multi and the wordplay is set up over the first and second lines and the punch idea is flipped in the multi-rhyme at the end of the last line. That's generally the most basic effective way to structure a punch, and doing so will make your ideas much clearer and more understandable. Your last paragraph/stanza/whatever was your best by a mile, try to aim for that kind of writing in future.

YANW, I can see you weren't dropping a conventional verse here. I still have mixed feelings over the general idea and its execution, but in the end it came across really clearly and there were a few lines I quite liked, such as your closer. However, you really need to work on making sure your multies actually rhyme. For instance, "oh see dee" and "yo flow clean" don't rhyme the middle syllable. For a multi with 5 or 6 syllables, that would be totally fine, but with three syllables its unacceptable. Try rewording things to make them work, like "OCD/Think ya FLOW CLEAN, G?" or something. The Harambe bar suffered the same fate; the number of syllables was higher than what you attempted elsewhere but aside the final syllable I don't know if any of the rest actually rhymed.

All in all, good battle, keep improving both of you!

7 inch has huge potential if he can keep his set ups more relevant and avoid wording his punches in a way that make them surface as jabs (those cartoons and clinch this deal lines had way more potential but the lackluster/rushed wording and set ups let it down)also wasting all that much space ain't helping either YANB got this one for a better executed diss which was relevant throughout and came off as entertaining as well due to the humour in his imagery too tho i lost him at the fuck with pigs bit but the OCD and the one is pasted here were the Bars of the Battle.

Solid round from both, my winner had better concepts and more creativity...a lot of humor for sure. Opponent, very good setups, but the punches were lacking, could use improvement....but overall, good matchup. 😊👍
