InterTwined had a decent verse it was just lacking the usual conventions like multi-syllable rhyming and the usual complexities of wordplay, punches and setups that more experienced battlers use. Red Baron used multies and some decent wordplay to craft a verse that was just a solid level above InterTwined's battle. Both verses had their merits though, InterTwined my biggest advice to you would be to try and have your multi-syllable rhymes more predominant compared to single-ones, and also to CAPITALISE the rhyming syllables like that to make them clearer. You had some, like the "diabetes/light 'n easy" one, but needed more to have a chance of winning as well as to make them easier to read.

InterTwined I thought of battling with you before, but still for this one you got him for real. So I like the way you started and your ending was cool. 

Intertwined had a stronger verse and whas in the leed 8-3,had some better raps stream and unique raps he just had a better written verse,good battle

Red edged this with better lines and concepts, IT had decent flow but but punches lack sting. fair is in
