Tough one here, but I got BlackFire winning this after a few reads. Felt he had the smoother read from start to finish with the more impactful lines, although most of them weren't exactly punchlines of any kind they still had somewhat of an impact to them. Casper was sorta the same in regards to punches that weren't exactly punches, but they still had some impact to them. What separated this one for me was the rhyming from BlackFire being a tad bit cleaner and more complex in comparison to Casper, who I feel was a little less complex and could've done a little more to work on the multi usage matching up a bit better.

Each verse was aiigh okay little sloppy,the first verse was steady second verse floppy like a slip,4-3fvgb

Expo: this verse contains a whole verse with smaller punchlines ,. Into the whole verse being one giant punchline. I state they are licks who smoke crack that I went to blackfires block and he's a lick and the other licks are helping find out how many licks to the center of a Tootsie Pop. Mech bites the Tootsie Pop Jay gets upset and he's rhyming his normal cyphers while mad and then the licks decide to lick blackfires who was referred as toostie pops  ,Tootsie Pop. They all leave happily into the horizon . Lmao

Expo: lick is a term for drug  addict where I'm from.

i had a hard time trying to decide who to vote for, casper had a lol verse and blackfire was in a cukolding sorta mood lol

in the end however after reading both the verse twice i feel casper edges this one. 

the imagery in his rhymes were more creative.
