Jay Diamond was the better rapper here with much more content and a nicer flow. However, younggman actually attacked his opponent, which gave him the edge to get the W in my opinion. He had some decent multis at the end of his lines, although these should be CAPITALISED in future, and to improve he needs to fill the box like Jay Diamond did by not using line breaks. younggman had enough quality with multies and punches to make up for a poor flow, basic ideas and not filling the box. Jay Diamond on the other hand came out strongly but just didn't actually battle his opponent, so he takes home the L.

This is a good example where quality wins over quantity. While Jay had more in his box, i can't vote for him fairly because my winner actually held a rhyme scheme and had a few small hits in wht he presented. Jay didnt have any punches or attempts at punches so it cost him my vote. Fair is fair. Im outtie

jay i like that you attempted better format.. flow was more understanding and creativity top notch . must work on punch lines. young swung with some punches but lack content . good battle both improving

Great job both. Jay this is my favorite of urs that I've seen but not really any punch lines. Young lots of punchlines room for improvement.

Normally not a fan of Jay's work, and normally i also love younggman's verses, but he didn't fill the box this time. Its a shame.

Younggmans junk was much more lyrical and organized. :)

Based off rhyming alone I'd give the W to Jay, but seeing as how Young had some {OK} rhymes he attacked his opp, I'm not a fan of self hype battles srry...GL yall
