All right, both came really hard. For a change on this site, I enjoyed reading both verses. Big ups to both yall. I feel like if Sog had more personals, he might of took this. He did have the multi's, however, punches win battles imo. The personals just somewhat gave Perplex that ability to feel like his verse hit harder. The Fulgore line was excellent. Makes this really hard to judge. I feel like this should of been a challenge battle blind drop, and Sog was at a disadvantage. Perp fell off at the end, and I feel like it almost cost him the battle. I almost wanted to not vote on this due to it pretty much being able to pass as a draw in some respects. However perps first line had an excellent multi. I gotta Give it to Perplexity.

Great, you're getting better with your multis though your syllable count is still quite off, and not all of an match up fully..pleasure of attendance is 6 syllables but pressure to ya appendix is 7.. Your punches really need some sort of set up behind them.. It helps the punch connect a bit harder.. You need to tighten up your wording as well.. Perplex, Your opener coulda been so much tighter.. I liked the punch alot but it was stretched out to the nines so it took away from the power behind it..your multi game is on point though and it was a super smooth read.... Overall, its pretty one sided. Great had one of his best verses up but Perplex beat him with complexity and stronger punchlines... Fair is in boys 

Not bad by sogreat8, for being new. He had a decent grasp on carrying on rhymes for an extended time, but the issue was some of them were broken. Could do w/o the self-hype, as well. He didn't really have any damaging material either. Like there was no WOW factor in it for me. Sogreat8, PM me if you want me to go into more detail on where you made errors. I got Perplex taking this for landing harder hits, and more of them. Thought the light inside the box bar was BOTB, too. Fairs in & good luck yall!

Really tough call. Both were somewhat decent. I ultimately have to give the battle to perplexity. Sogreat used alot of big words and multis, but that doesn't necessarily mean you're a good lyricist. It felt like he was just stringing complex words in without being coherent and coming up with disses. Perplexity used simpler words, but added strong imagery and good wordplay like the "light inside the box [coffin]" bar. Sogreat didn't make sense at times like with the depreciate instant line. I give him credit for the encapsulate competition line, but that's it.
