This is a close one which will probably be judged by personal preference... Rant verse a little choppy in places while building up to a lack luster punch, concepts were basic I’d call this a safe verse, nuthin really wowed me.     Milk verse was a little more smoother , started off ok then deflated, also had a couple of wordplay that was cool but could’ve been used better to set up the punch, too close to call really but Someone  has to win so I’m a have to give this to Milk based on better concepts and enjoyment..

Wordplay and concepts is what got this for me..  Thats the deciding factor.. Good battle.. Im being super generous with the rating..

close here, but Rant was a lot more consistent and had some solid punches ... Loser had flow but his punches started hitting towards tha end of tha verse for me ... fairs in 

I read both verses twice and I gotta give this to Bobby. Rant, you had too many played concepts: 1up / extra life, boa contrictor, goodfellas and the x's and o's lines. I feel like I've heard variations of those, not saying you bit them but they're just tired concepts is all. Bobby, your verse was pretty solid, don't really have much to say as far as feedback goes. The topics you chose could be considered dated (Kardashian/Revenant/Batman) but you put a nice spin on them. Overall this was a good battle, nice to see both of you battling. 8/9

IMO, one was behind their opponent because of their super forced shit. Passive fire / pacifier? Bruce / bruise? Really? That alone was enough to lose the battle. My winner also had some forced shit but it wasn't that bad.

I mean, IDK. I thought that this was a pretty close battle. I thought that Rant had the better punches, but there were also some parts of his verse that I didn't really get, you can accuse me of being dense or whatever, but the purpose of a battle is for the crowd to be able to understand and judge the verse. Bobby still has a exceptional flow, but I could have done without some of the wordplay. I think that the number of setup bars to punches is a bit of an era thing, but it's been long enough since that was in that I feel obliged to deduct for it. Hard vote for me, but I gave it to Rant for having a bit of a punchier verse with less setup.

One was more creative with their concepts and executed better. The other forced a lot of played wordplay and multis and needs to go back over the basics. If the wordplay doesn't work.. don't use it. Example:

passive fire sounds nothing like pacifier.

bruise doesn't sound like bruce. 

you can't just use them because they are close.

Think Rant was more consistent across the 16 and his structure/execution was a lot slicker. He got this win based on that really. Fairs in. 

Shit was fire, bobby started off nicely but seemed to lose momentum steadily for me in places until after that long scheme. I feel like your choice to go all out with the 14 syllable rhyme schemes severely impacted your wording towards the middle of your verse. Like, I get where you set this up with the spouse leaving bit but "if my brick house leaves imma dial the mobile of a nicer frame, when a bae goes" is just maaaaad unnatural & forced. I liked when you cut it short & didnt try so hard with the Revenant rhyme scheme being nicely structured for a natural fluididity. I gotta say being objective some of this wordplay was awkward when considered both ways. Like your language isnt kneeded its flaky is cool referentially but when thought about for more than a second makes legitimately no sense both ways. Features with baby leaked on the daily was a heatrock of a bar. 

Rant started out with moderate momentum and heated up towards the upper middle parts of his verse. The whole roman bar was pretty fuckin crazy in all aspects, and the momentum carried fairly well to the boa constrictor jab which was cool and carried moderate impact, thought the rob deniro nameplay couldve been shorter but that ending bar was tight af too and quickly made up for it. Really rants wordplay in general was just solidly structured so that it really made sense or just seemed more natural in places and served to efficiently make his read solid af. I think thats where I split this in terms of points:

Bobby was a bit more fluid despite that 14 syllable scheme and seemed to punch more often but I feel like rants technicality overpowered bobbys impact in enough key places to edge it to him. No hate intended gentlemen this was dope
