Man like... so ima say this. One focuses far to much on long multis at the expense of wording and punch impact. Other had so many basic concepts it made me mad. Both had some iffy wordplay (execution/freshness). I expect better from both tbh, but one had the more solid overall verse here. 1/

This is close deffo came better in this battle nick than you did against me I feel puns where there the Conor line felt a bit stretched ... liked the personals however ... row ... was feeling it until the end sort of fell away for me you set the bar high at the beginning but then didn't continue it .... this a rough choice man ... it's 8's all day but imma have to go this way

Nick: Man you had a clean verse, personals was fire, Conner McGregor bedding sheets lol, dick riding pugz, you almost had him here I felt like if you had more creative concepts into that 8 you would have took this 

Row: Clean read, fair setups to punchlines, "Swhy its Nic I look for word" set up was a little iffy, other than that this was a decent defense of your flames, but any less effort here this vote would go the other way 

That "Connor bedding set" drop was PERFECT. I'm still laughing my ass off.

I feel like this battle could go either way to be truthful. I enjoyed Nic's verse because he had a lot of personals that some could argue are factual, accompanied by an overall well-thought out string of rhymeschemes. The only thing about his verse that might throw some off is the use of longer multies. It takes a skillful eye to pull off longer multies, but it also takes a skillful reader who's been reading battles for a while to peep shit and keep the syllable count right, which in your case it was. One more knock is that the last rhymescheme seemed a liiiiittle bit forced. I got what you were trying to say but it maybe could have been executed cleaner/simpler. Other than that, great verse. Row, you had a great response, but there weren't as many personals. However, you made up for that with your punchlines and concepts, which all seemed pretty well thought out. Something to be mindful of is that longer multies leaves for less room to set up and develop your punchlines. That's where I believe Row got the flip for me. His verse seemed packed with more material. And while Nic had some killer personals I still lean more towards Row. Maybe my vote is ill-advised but I read it about 6 times just to be sure. But like I said this battle is close enough to where it might come down to each individual voter's preference. This was a great battle. Respect to both. #Diamondz
