This was a decent little battle here one deff had cleaner wording and some decent lines and some that were a bit a played.. but nice verse nonetheless...The other came heavy with name play and wordplay some of it was creative actually...Kinda hard here...I got one edging slightly....The fairs in Voted: Pockets Poppin / Papi

Pockets started his verse like a cypher but quickly picked up the battle feel. Jabs were consistent and had a little sting. PhüQ, i like the Umbrella line but after that the rhyming was a bit shakey and offkilter. My winners last few lines pulled it out for him. Voted: Pockets Poppin / Papi

This was as close to a tie as i've ever seen, probably...both had similar styles, but i guess it comes down to the impact of punchlines, and PhuhQ simply had better ones...PP had a good closer with the inflatable mattress one, but the Johnny Manziel/Depp one was kinda iffy...PQ had the great opener too, the Nail-son, into the Mary Poppins one...his finisher wasn't too good though...i'd say it's a toss up, but if i had to choose a W, PQ got it imo. Pockets: You have good execution/multis and wording. Your only downfall is that your concepts just aren't creative enough. The bars are always nice but the concepts have been heard before. Your best bar was the inflating mattress line. If you come by dropping bars w/ creative concepts you'll be a major problem Phuh Q: The wording was a bit off at places but the concepts were always creative. The wp nail son/nel son does not work at all at least for me. Your best bar was the pick pocket name flip. Overall I thought Phuh Q was just more creative w/ it. Pretty even matchup and a good read from both. Both had a couple solid punches and an easy to read flow with above average rhyming. I felt like one was able to attack his opponent a little better with more aggression. Lotion up johnny line seemed a little homo erotic to me lol. No h8. 6.5 for winner. Fv in.
