Okay okay. Well right off the bat I would think Cek was gonna win based on his hotstreak killing niggas. So both brought some light punchlines nothing really quote worthy. Mad close, I felt that my winner here had a better understanding of the scheme and stuck to it whereas the loser kind of strayed in between. Alkatrez, right off the bat you had 8 syllables for your entire 1st bar while the scheme is 7 syllables. The taking flame away bar didn't connect with me at 1st, but figured out the pun. Doomed to hell for THIEVING so you'd steal those flames away as well when you got there.Liked the flow for the most part & the Thanksgiving line and closer wasn't too bad either not a bad set up. Cek, Verse gave more of a mental image, though wasn't feeling the wording in some places and the whole middle of your verse was filler leading to no punchline. Though one messed up his opener I felt like overall made less mistakes, was more consistent and focused more on puns than his opponent. Voted: Cekspree /

Loved the spar. Alkatraz, I believe that you easily outclassed your opponent in your display of working around this multi in a fluid manner through your verse. Liked that a lot, was a super consistent read & the flows were dope as fuck. However I feel like your punching impact didn't parallel this same display of polishing & experience. Felt some of your concepts, but just about all of them included some clunky wording unrelatable to regular speech making some of the punches have an awkward tinge. Cekspree, I feel like you reeaaally need to spit your bars outloud if you don't already. A substantial amount of your multis included one or more words in the set that was either a stretch to the scheme or didnt really rhyme with it at all & was there solely to prop up a punchline. I feel like you displayed a higher level of conceptual creative writing in the punchline realm, but feel like your fluidity fell short in matching this due to the inaccuracies within some of your multi sets. I could tell you've got some dope ideas though, really felt the LOSE YOURSELF ON YOUR CD rhyme lol. This was an absolute toss up, as both displayed experience with one element of writing but a lack of it in another vital area. still a quite enjoyable read, no hat intended! Voted: Cekspree /
