This battle one of best i seen inna while. As far as technicalities on both sides(multies and such) they were on point. This is close to me. Honestly Rant wished you had utilized that space at the top to put a few more lines in. With that being said i dont judge based off num of lines but content. It kind've evened out since Esso had a lot of filler tho. I feel ones punches hit harder to me. Overall honestly close battle, FV Voted: Esso /

Damn both had solid ass verses pretty much all the way through. I didn't find myself getting bored reading those long ass drops. Esso had some real nice rhyme schemes that he kept going over multiple bars which is always impressive. a couple of the multis were pretty forced but that aint a big deal, most of em were on point. The bars were well written and personal, hittin pretty hard, although some of the setups were slow to build and had a fillerish feel even when they were relevant to the punch. Rant's opener immediately made me want to vote against him before i continued reading. It was kinda funny, and I know 32 lines leaves a lot of room but cmon man, just rap lol. That being said, Rant still had the better verse. It simply had more bite to it and was written in an artful way without being confusing (not that esso's was confusing). So many people try to be complex and also to come with an unconventional structure but fail because it's too "out there" and weird. His concepts werent off the hook or anything but they were fresh and entertaining. The bars were fairly equal and both hit hard but Rant just out styled esso this time Voted: Esso /

Nice to see 2 heavies battling it out. Good bars from both with 2 distinct styles. Both bought punches backed up with concepts , maybe one slightly more than the other. Both had some lol moments and good humor throughout which I like to see. One had the upper hand in multis. a couple were a bit of a reach in rhyming terms but maybe that is my English accent. Just got the feeling that one put in a bit more work in his bars overall. But enjoyed this battle. Gl to both. Voted: Esso /

Well my vote comes in after 3 reads.. my loser had a great verse. My only reason for the difference in the vote was cuz I felt the you stretched on a certain amount of lines conveying one idea but just the personal stuff alone was fire. Just stretched and you are creative asf. My winner. I actually didn't think I'd vote for you but tbh. I like how you write. Well this bout here. Nameplay was cool. Personals stuff was cool creativity not like the loser but he just took too much space filling one idea which makes you my Victor. But still close. Could go either way. My votes in. And Esso.
