One had far better ideas and concepts but basic stuff like vocabulary and rhyming were too fucked up in spots to ignore. The other had a cleaner verse but didnt have anything that hit as hard. Comedy, the shells/pasta reference has been played out. Your punchline wasn't creative at all and was bland and more of a statement than a punchline because of the absence of a creative concept. I thought the "end tracks/Redlight stop sign" concept was ok but i felt that your setup was better than the punchline you ended your bar with. Half the time I felt you constructed your punches around the multis and not the other way round, This in my opinion restricted you from having more creative concepts. Drgaire, I like the "stay ahead in march/parade leader" concept but everything before that was filler and didn't pack any concept, most of them were statements which had no impact. Also Dead doesn't rhyme with either Great or Parade. Your multis are iffy, what does "shit of disgrace" literally mean? It was a hedge. The light work/match/cigar concept is played out. Same with the lead/pencil analogy. Though i felt the cigar line was harder than the pencil line. Should have used it as a punchline imo. The C will be ahead of D/Alphabetical order was ok, i mean i like the fact that you tried to be creative but you could have worded it differently to have a much better impact. I felt one had a consistent flow, and although his ideas were a bit recycled at some points it didn't hurt him too bad because he presented them very well. The opponent has to learn to be more creative with his multies. Also he needs to understand the rule of thumb when it comes to capping rhymes. Cap only the rhyming words fam. If they don't rhyme they'll make your multies seem broken and you'll come off as a novice. Just keeping it 100 with you. Anyways, fair is in. 1. Voted: quan-tum / Drgaire
