I read Coffin Dodger's verse from the comments after being confused by the post. Dope battle here, but I felt my winner took it a little further with concepts and punchlines. A couple bars were just deeper and delivered nicely. Voted: Thaa MaCc Era / COFFIN DODGER

Great Battle. Very close and hard to call. Both brought solid verses, especially as I read the CD correction in comments. Concepts ranged from played to slightly played to fairly fresh... not too shabby. One had a bit longer multi schemes, but they felt a tad more forced as far as relevancy in execution of concepts. There were a couple standout lines by both, particularly the Combo and Scottish Phone Book lines were clever. I felt this was edged by a bit cleaner execution as far as set up and punchline phrasing, despite winner having shorter multi sets. Wordplay could have been stronger on both sides, but I have winner just slightly edging that as well. I have seen much stronger material from one battler here, and feel this must have been a quicker verse for him. This could easily go either way, and I would like to see a rematch.
