CD is an acronym for Coffin Dodger, also plastic with a hole in the middle. "Fodder" and "f-ing co" are all part of an anagram for his name. CD's nuts/see deez nuts. CNN recently tried to fearmonger for six and a half minutes by talking about an ISIS flag that they didn't know was a parody made out of dildos. Last part is self-explanatory. Good battle.
