Celsius, I feel if I stripped away your reputation and your ranking, your verse would be just another drop, and definitely not worthy of the rep you seem to have around here. I'll cut you some slack because it's one of your first battles back. I know you're a beast. I'm not doubting that. I just didn't see the beast here. The concepts were cool/creative, but were set up in a boring way. Way too short and direct. Also the multies you used to bring those concepts forth weren't amazing. It wasn't a bad drop. Just explaining my vote. Ruskie, your opening idea was pretty sick and creative. It was also executed nicely in my opinion. My only critique would be exactly what Esso said. If you're gonna come out swinging like that then you need to continue that type of intensity throughout your verse. I feel conceptually you tapered off towards the end of your verse. It didn't hit as hard. Your ideas were still nice, but they weren't executed like your first one was. Good battle fellas. Much respect to both. Fair is dropped. Voted: Celsius / RUSKIE
