Shodan <BLaM> One Bar Champion Fair Voters Club	One really needs to step it up, their basic structure was fairly inconsistent - please just use caps for every rhyme scheme and don't mix them in with angle brackets, it makes your verse much more readable. I felt like neither really threw some hard-hitting punchlines in this, so I went with who had the better ideas, flow, and structural setups. Fair's in.
