Winner had the better attacking verse, better multis as well, loser had some broken multis that threw his flow off. Make sure when you are using multis, the syllable count is the same. This will keep the flow on point. Also when using concepts for your punches, make sure that the concept is relevant in both the set up and punch. This will make the punch much more better. imo I thought it was a pretty even match, my L took the multi part of the battle but didnt have much else, just a lot of rhymes and lines that didnt hold much weight, the W did the opposite, wasnt as nice with the multis but definitely came harder with the punches and tried to get clever with it, I preferred the latter Voted: dnice5111 / Paroemiographer

Both need to make sure their punches are connecting with those concepts in order to hit hard. dnice: You put quotes around a lot of words as if they were your concepts, but then lacked heavily in the punch department. You still have somewhat of a sense of how the LB structure is usually done... I'd say just read more battles and keep at it. Uttirmost: Your verse was tight, and for the most part had smooth multi's, but they didn't lead to anything significant in the punch department.
