Well one needs to get outta basic things and rhyme more syllables. GROUNDED-AROUND HERE doesn't rhyme. FOUNDED - BROWN RED was too basic, two syllables mean nothing in my opinion. Also your last set, STILL PENDING / PACK IT IN / BACK 2 BACK WINS / STACK N GRIN... I only see STACK N GRIN / PACK IT IN rhyme. Other two sets are of no use or no need to cap them since the syllable count is off. Punchwise it was below average verse.Other had some average punches but better than one. Rhyme scheme was weird in my opinion. SMART WRITERS / HARD RIGHT FOR was forced/ PART YOUR TO LIGHT FOR I dont see where it goes. then you suddenly changed your scheme to A B B A B B A and then A B A B. Well ABAB scheme was okay, though I am not fond of it. But the ABBA ABBA scheme was weird and resulted in broken flow tbh. Try to keep same scheme throughout your verse.
