Yo so I'ma be real honest about my preferences. I am a huge fan of Phroxens style. The flow, the fluidity, that's the shit I really like. Shit was smooth as fuck and I loved some of your concepts. As a negative, I didn't feel that your verse was really that aimed at your opponent, and it kind of reminded me of a cypher. Dissizit, I don't love your flow 100%. There are definitely some parts that are worded a little funny to me. A lot of your multies just don't flow quite right in the verse. My general rule is that if you have to say something awkward that you wouldn't in a conversation, (such as, "Halt if he move up") you should follow it with another rhyme or something to keep the flow going. I did think that your flips were good, and I liked a lot of your punches. They were more pointed than Phroxens, and I think you probably had the best lines considering. In ways it hurts me to vote for a guy that seemed to have a verse that was more like a cypher than a battle rap, but I can't deny that I really liked it and thought it was impressive. Fairvote. One had better flow, therefore a smoother read. The other had punches, with medium impact, due to the setups. Not bad here. Fair's in. I don't think I have the right to tell either what they should work on, seeing as how they're both better than me, ha. I would say, Diss, stay away from trying to mock your opponent's style, I see it as filler. Phro, open up a bit more? I feel most of your verse wasn't geared towards your opponent, then a few lines directed towards him, which were decent. Felt one had the upper-hand in the flow, multies, and just overall better wording department. But on the other hand, the other had the upper-hand on punches and the better build-ups. allright, being thisis a battle verse, it came down to direct attacks wit less wasted lines..that were either focused on self hype or scheme/flow usage.. in this regard, i felt one excelled more in that area, he did have some wording issues, as wit the other,(im not a fan of sentences that feel fractured..or part sentences, for the sake of a scheme, and a few were for one, shit should consistently read like a convo imo..)punches also took a backseat in favor of another element.. which was nice... anyway, bottom line is one hit stronger and aimed more consistently and personally at his opponent.. fairs in. Ok..Educated vote here fa sho..Listen close..Phroxen: Your style is dope as fuck with the flow and multies throughout your verses...I understand how Louie sees it more of being a cypher...what some arent seeing is the conceptual impact you bring when you battle...Dig how keep the same concept all the way..however you can also get the "Im Dope" point across with just a few lines...It being a battle I felt you could have brought more punches to the table...I've seen you go with this style and bring dope ass puns...kinda let down on that part but overall shit was dope...Just kind of over-done this one on the schemin....Definitel y fuck with the old school feel tho....Diss: Always bring fresh multies to battle...something I always try doin myself...Brought more puns and metaphors than Phro...I think you could be more original on how you quote your metaphors at times that connect to a punch...however you show an educated way on doing it...I personally keep shit simple but effective! Both entertaining in their own way. Phroxen seemed more focused on rhyme mechanics, double-timing his multies, etc. Dissizit seemed more focused on building punches with wordplay.
