kru:shul <DRUGS>	Expo: muzzle is something used to close a dog's mouth, Jesus was crucified on the cross and he suffered on the cross so 'thrown across' can be read as 'given a cross', a conditioned response is something a person develops to give the same response to a different stimuli so in this case the 'green bill' or a currency note is a conditioned stimuli as opposed to bill clinton dick which is the unconditioned stimuli hence the Lewinsky line.
