Phe: The jodi arias knife concept and play was nice, the next bar didn't really do much punchwise... again the beating reefer line was just there, I didn't feel it added too greatly to the punchlines... The havoc line was cool, liked the concept you brought with it... biskits line is cool, liked the inflatable mattress punch... Closing line, nice wordplay and punch... X-Calibur: Opening bar was cool, like the "cocky flow" in the very first line... like the set up of your next bar, just running the shit lines are used quite a bit... "price inflation" line was nice.. The spell his name punch was mehh, wasn't too strong there imo.. fiend*, thought that line was just a tad bit forced.. closing bars were cool.. nothing more or less on there. I liked the personal attempt too, thought it could have been played a different way for a better punch factor.. Another tough decision here.. Voted: Apollyon / X-Calibur

Even spar here, both were on the same level. My winner simply came here with more hard hitting punches/personal than the other. While one was good with the wordplays, the other had some good/relevant metas. Both are known to come harder than what they did here, but I have a winner. =========== ============= WINNE R - I couldn't help but notice that you were forcing rhymes at some places. Try to keep the syllable count same, and don't create large syllable multis, they occasionally remove the 'sting' of the words you are delivering. Keep that to a check and you should be good to go. =============== ========= LOSER - A pretty decent verse overall, but the wordplay was irrelevant. Try to use wordplays which can form double meanings through just the line, the wordplay is used in(this requires a fair bit of wording). Also, your wording was a bit off, transition from one concept to the other felt a bit stiff, and I think you can do better to increase the fluidity of your bars. ============= ============ That being said, I have my winner.
