In all honesty this battle was pretty bad. Whyt- I don't really think you fully grasp the concept of wordplay. First off, your wordplay was extremely stretched. Make sure all parts of the word can actually translate into the other word you're trying to emulate (ie Calm position does NOT equal composition because there's an 'l' in it. Proper wordplay would be more akin to your last line.) Secondly your wordplay has to be cohesively combined with a sole concept. You were just attempting wordplay for fun. You did it a couple times but it was more of a hit and miss thing as opposed to planning and structure. That really forced and stretched wordplay reaally mad the verse bad as a whole as well as a couple concepts that made no sense the way they were conveyed (poor wording.) Work on that. Nihilistic- You've made progression since the last time I saw you battle but you need to hop of that monosyllabic rhymeschem it really says simplicity. Voted: MeTa-FoRcEz / Nihilistic

Cosign Fayz for the most part. Although I think Composition and Calm position work as far as wordplay goes, the concept made no sense. I see what you're trying to do and the effort is commendable but the execution was severely lacking. This was a hard battle to judge. Im giving my vote to the verse that worked better. Also Nihilistic by stretching your syllables you open the margin for conceptuality. Overall I went with the won who made a bigger progression with their attempt. Fairs in. yeah, no reason to keep repeating shiiit... but whyt.. u have tha wrong idea of wordplay, u need to make show tha word works both ways as much as u need to make show its still tha same word proposition isn pro-position, feel me?? n thats ur verse in a nutshell.... lotta short comings tbh. Nih- ur structure is ass as is ur vocab.. once u get past that tha flow is fucked due to having mix-matched multies n shitty wording.... pretty much tha story of ur verse.... both need much elevation. holla for advice with/on this shiiiiit tho. This battle was not very good at all. First dude its good that you get the grasp of how to use a word to make two that sound the same but its not wordplay because they both don't mean the same thing in the cases w/ your bars. You need to use word play in between your set ups and have them both mean the same thing w/ your concepts and punches. Second guy your structure is just awful there is no reason to but (for no reason) and you need to work on words that actually rhymes. Look at good battlers like Unknown Artist, Rule, Daddio, Reefer and see how those guys write bars to get a better feel of how to structure your bars.
