Apollyon	My choice got this by being consistent with his punches... Tips - Stay in attack mode and do not let up.. Attack your opponent as much as possible and no self-talk... Set up your punch with a reference or metaphor that relates to your punch/multie... Young J, cap your multies.. Provide 3-6 syllable multies..
