felt my winner utilized some concept similes which strengthend his verse on a creativity level.still needs much work on the scheme side as well as punches..other was bare bones a basic verse. although structure was decent and flowed.... disses were lacking and needs to be stronger.. fairs in Voted: Da_Fanatic / Dysfunctional

Battles like this that need so much fundamental help are harder to vote on than "good battles". I'll tell you why.. it's hard to really compare the content between the verses when there really isn't any. Fanatic: Your rhyme scheme was rather basic.. two hard syllables and one unemphasized if I'm being generous. But you were painting a picture, and maintained somewhat of a flow. It read as your speaking voice, which sounded natural.. that's a good thing. Disposition: You are better with multi-syllabic rhyming than your opponent.. but it was random stuff. This didn't read like your natural voice, it read as if you were pretending to be a rapper. Also, there were several spelling errors (in a TEXT battle, that's a no-no) and odd wording in the verse (whole ate em?? That's forced.) All states in? Sounds like you just shoved that in there to try to make it rhyme with your other shit.. shake him like maracas was the first attempt at a decent simile (dangling like a coat hanging isn't worth a mention). The Hanukkah part was just random. Then you said "when I spit this shit that ain't.." --- that ain't what? wtf. So OVERALL: Fanatic's sounded natural. Complex or not, if he said his aloud, it would sound like he meant it and that it was an actual person who knew how to form sentences. Disposition, yours sounded forced.. like you just found out what multies were and you're trying to haphazardly shove them into your verse to get crowd approval.. it doesn't work that way.
