First off all...good looks on going 32..(although 1 didn't bother to fill the whole box). lol. Dave. You came with personals here man, I like it when people come with personals that actually hit. You had some ups and downs in ur verse but the majority of the time u were doing ur thing. Ur closer didn't work for me tho...the katana wordplay was off. Rain matrix came more creative here. Most of his wordplay worked and the concepts were pretty dope. Woaah. Some dope shit. Winner genuinely surprised me. Clear winner in my opinion. Both came hard but my winner here was definitely more consitent for the most part throughout. Started off hard, almost dropped the ball towards the end and then picked up the pace to finish it off. Loser was on some rollercoaster shit. Took a little too long to gain momentum and then after you did you'd crash and would have to start over. Some of your concepts were setup pretty badly and would've been alot more effective had you taken more time to polish them. In summary, my winner just used more of the box to his advantage. Hard battle to judge here...Read both verses thoroughly and found out RM had more structures multi's and his rhymes weren't as forced as Dave's...Rain Matrix your metaphor's struck nicely so I'l give you props for that...Dave was consistent with insane bars that were pretty impressive too..I'm gonna be very honest here...I think Rain got this by a little..Keep up the good work fellas, peace.. Wow, It's nice to see guys that have been around as long as me battle, but I haven't seen two old-timers go at it with each other in a whiile, feels like it's a blast from back in the good old days lol. I want to start off saying, I could see why someone would vote for Rain, his wording is awesome, but it's just I've heard a lot of those concepts before though. If I never heard of some of them I'd probably vote for you for sure, but being original is important. Dave came harder than I think I've ever seen really. I will say that if a person just made an account this year, or even last year, they might not get a lot of the personals on here. Like if I just got a random person in my house to read it, they wouldn't understand at all and they'd probably vote against for that. BUT, I'm one that's been around and witnessed and seen a lot of Rain's posts and things he's done, so I get it. Believe it or not, the most important thing in a REAL rap battle (even more important than punchlines) is personals.. That's something you don't see often now-a-days on here. ANYWAY.. Dave had a really readable verse, great personals, really good concepts, seen some grammatical errors which annoys me but nonetheless he had really fresh concepts IMO.
