I truly feel like neither did too great in any single category. I do feel like L-Dogg had strong word-play compared to SC but neither one seemed to have that true battle feeling to it. What I read sounded like a person with no experience behind a microphone and plenty of experience behind a keyboard. I'm too used to seeing emcees and people with vocal charisma and not people who know how to type and have a wide vocabulary. I'm new to this site so my criticism may be a little harsh, but I'm only telling you what I've learned from past experiences. Neither was a standout verse to me, but L-Dogg took the Victory because of his rhythmic word play. The problem for him is that it sounds like I would have to say every syllable for the last word in each bar in slow-mo for it to have the proper rhythm. I suppose the punchlines sound forced. Either way, still a good battle but both should seek improvement. Voted: SC PyRo / L-Dogg
