Concealed vote... One had some excellent concepts and if worded in a better way would of had stronger set-ups and punches... He also lacked consistency and had some iffy multies and his references weren't too strong... The other had some ok concepts and good set-ups and executed them nicely... This really really impressed me tbh and i'm stuck on which way to vote. J0sh; The first half of your verse was cracky, your sets ups were really good to the point it made the end punch predictable which can be seen as good or bad, but.. I think it worked well. Your concepts were nice, seen similar before but in a different context you deff. put your own spin on it. It felt like you lost steam after this point really, it was a bit lighter and although it was still plausible and well thought out it just didn't hit as hard, not being able to stay consistent over an 8 liner could be an issue so work on that. Wiz; You've been hyped up a lot recently and I think i was expecting a little more, as i started to read your verse I thought it was messy, bit forced with the build ups but, opposite to Josh, I think you got better as you went on. Solid, nicer build ups, more complex and original, some really dope material. Also, the fact this was blatantly not written for this opponent it took away from the impact slightly.
