Hot ass battle, close. Loved how one got a little personal on'em, very entertaining. Favorite lines was the 'win this oskar' line and the 'manuscript' line.. very clever wordplay by the way, made me say 'oh damn, wish i thought of that'.. seems simple but it was really very dope. Both had some pretty good punches in this one, but ones wordplay was a little bit forced, with a couple rougher punches & concepts. The first half of their verse was much better thn the second, and the closing bars were worded poorly which hurt the drops overall impact. The other however had a pretty good opener with nothing too hard hitting, but some nice jabs and a steady momentum from start to finish. Disappointed with both tbh. AT's opener is a half-baked concept that's been used countless times, it really wasn't worth all that build-up for that punch. The "light houses" line that came afterwards was alright, but the punchline itself was quite forced. Riding your ship with a weapon? I don't see a clean double entendre there, it was real forced dude. I like how the closer stood as a follow-on from the bar before... The wordplay was half-decent, it worked both ways, but was still a little awkward. "Nowhere on the map" was a decent turn of phrase, however, I think it would've connected more if it used a more common phrase meaning insignificant, like not a blip on the radar. Nowhere on the map still worked quite well. I've seen better from you AT, you need to ease out the forced punchlines, your concepts can be original from time to time, but you end up getting rid of the point of them when you use forced punchlines. Oskar, your structure throughout was messy, which is ironic. You sort of stumbled from concept-to-punchline , so there was no huge connections. Finish 'em/name is Dave worked, but with very little impact. No real direction towards your opponent either. The next line acted as a quick jab, with a basic concept, just for filla really. Aging babe punch had no build-up, so it came out vague. The crew-jumping personal was a good way to go, concept-wise from that point on was alright, but "Bitching Monster"? Eurgh, awkward as fuck. Didn't like that one bit. Win this Oskar was your best idea throughout, could have been executed better though. Closer was all over the place and the "messy" reference was terribly played. Both lines contrasted sharply too, you went all tangential with the girlfriend shit, which acted as dead weight. One was all-round more polished and slightly harder hitting with their concepts.
