NostradaVus; Your whole verse has potential, your rhyme scheme is quite unique, not the standard * multie multie filler filler punch * which in a way is good.. but at the same time it’s usually used by more experienced texters because it’s difficult to see where your punch has landed.. normally your punch lands on the last multie of the schemes, so when you start a bar with the same scheme then randomly switch it half way through the next punch it’s easy to get lost and your verse loses impact.. Actually to break down your bars though you had some nice concepts, your opening punch was nice (impact lost in the rhyme scheme) and your closer was really clever.. it may go over people’s heads but that will stop with a cleaner execution which you will pick up with practice. Overall okay verse with potential just work on the few things I’ve highlighted and you’ll elevate. Destiny_; Opener was nice, a bit more complex than your opponent.. but don’t get too caught up in long multies you don’t want to drown out the punch, the overall concept for the first bar was good but unfortunately it’s played out.. so keep an eye on what’s previously been said and it should help you come up with your own fresh concepts. Your failed operation game punch was dope, can’t fault the overall punch and concept.. but your build up seemed a bit forced.. try and keep your multies more relevant to the overall punch, and I’d give the exact same advice for your next line.. nice concept and punch, work on the build ups. Your closer was a bit rushed and seemed like it was only there to make up character space to end the verse lol.. but overall I think your verse was dope and you have got the ability to do well if you listen to advice. You BOTH did a good job just work on the things I’ve highlighted and you’ll step up a level.
