Ok here goes. [Int Skillz]: the first bar flowed well with solid multies and a clear line of thought. However, the 'high men' thing bugged me. Would you really say 'your high men' instead of your leaders in real life? I get that it was required to work with the punchline but it seemed too forced to me and really broke up the momentum. The second bar was pretty funny, but again the 'him roid' thing isn't really something you would say. 'Make him turn to steroids' or something would have been more appropriate, but again I understand you're angle and it was required for the punchline. Multies & flow on point. Bar 3 was the best of your verse, a clear idea and it was worded well with a good flow. I like your direct approach: no assing around with intricate/stupid multie schemes and straight to the punch. Good work. Last bar was cool, and would've been far stronger if you didn't have to cut your name right down to the very bare bones to make it work y'know? Another concept that I feel you tried too hard to land here. All in all a decent verse, but I advise you to look out for wording issues and try to use wordplay a little more effectively. [Catharsis]: First bar was cool, I liked your flow and the multies were tight as a bitch. Punch was a little meh though, which doesn't set up a great impression for the rest of the verse. Decent, but watch out for how you word things and be wary of concepts that aren't that hard-hitting: if they don't seem tough to you then chances are they'll seem weak to everyone else too. Be confident in your bars. The half a mind line was really cool, good work with that. The prime numbers thing was cool also, but I felt it was a little too out there. A lot of people won't necessarily get that, so maybe try harder in future to ensure you're making your bars appropriate to as much as letsbeef as possible. By all means drop intelligence, but only if it's gonna hold real impact and weight in a battle. Last bar was ok, pretty basic, nothing special, no real issues. A;; in all this was a decent battle, but both of you should focus on wording for real impact in your punchlines and be wary of 'meh' concepts. Get ruthless: if you don't think a bar is a killer then bin it. The fair is in, always 100. PYRO. Voted: ozark / Catharsis
