Read a couple times, finding it difficult to come to a winner tbh. Naturl - your american in the booth line was cracky, and your closer was fucking sick. May you practically punched Naturills granma in the face. Nat- some of your concepts worked out dope, others didn't, props for creativity. May - had a rough part in the middle. May you actually said 'ill get rid of your bars like missing phone connection' you no im not hating but you KNOW that's played out! well executed though. Nat - you took a while getting to punches, quite a lot of filler. okay so overall, execution, punches, few K.O bars - May. Ok....i didnt leave, just kept reading and reading lol....This is what it came with : Natuill....Those first 2 bars (colin farreel and Guiness) were above creative, Stellar first 2 bars for real. Both dropped my jaw abit. After that it started to fade out and that was a problem, farrrr too much filler and majority build up didnt measure the punches thrown (i would know because i still have tendancies to do the same thing). Good concepts, but should have been worded diffferently and i would have like to seen more complexity thrown into themix....May,Im a fan of the structure, i have a similar stance.it shows that you can complexive with a solid build up and throw a k.o at the end....But i didnt see the usual mayneak here....half way through the multies where so close to being forced which was a risky move and it took away from the flow of yer verse which was a turn off...but you recoverd with the Midget line and finisher.....Overall this vote came down to complexity and how to execute it..... cause both were fairly matched in 85% of the catagories...You guys are both dope battelers and would love to see another rumble with u two....Fair is in. Fire battle fellas'. Props to both. Nat, this is the hardest I've seen you come so far.. you never disappoint but DAMN son good shit. Minor improvements in some forced concepts and gettin punches off quicker, other than that ace. Mayneak you went in hard too in the beginning. This was close. Naturill - haven't seen much from you, but your a future problem. Your verse had some nice concepts that i liked but the build up could have been better. Besides the filler and some weak concepts, i'd work on consistency coz you just showed that you can bring some dope punches such as that booth line. Mayneak - Honeslty you had like 2-3 punches I liked but some others i was disappointed with. Flow was decent. Overall I'm going with who was more consistent. Hi to lo. Voted Fair. To both textcees: This battle is dope. Both ya'll came out swingin'. Shit deserves to be hot-listed. One of ya'll had a better performance by a hair, so let's dig in. NaturIll: First time I seen you battle. Mad props to you. That "award thru sick lines" bar was crack fam. Multies on point. I'd like to see you expand more on concepts. Also, I hate your closer. The very thing I don't want to see in a battle like this is a May weather line - cuz that's the obvious place to go, but the rest of ya verse more than compensated for this pet peeve of mine. You transition smoothly and setup punches nicely. Well-executed overall. May: Your use of multies is dope. Da Luxury home bar was crazy nice. My main complaint though is all that fuckin' punctuation. It makes ya verse too hard to read, and I start looking for meaning that might not be there. It reduces the enjoyment factor honestly. Now the closer is passable. Nice shit here from both- Nate, very creative punches for the most part, the word play was nice. multies as always hot, coulda ended it with sumthin more creative. Overall, I liked it. NaurIll's flow was a real weak spot, compared to Mayneak. I thought some of his ideas were better, but his verse wasn't polished and he had some misses in there. Long Word flips are usually hard to pull off right, and I think that this battle is a pretty good showing of this. i think one was smoother and more life like when i read it aloud. That being said, I thought both had very good lines. I think one flowed better and that plays a big role in any battle IMO. puns were on both sides one had some creative shit but i think one of the multis seemed a bit forced so, it is what it is... One had a lot of well-thought out concepts but didn't execute them to there maximum potential. Structure and flow improvement was surely shown in this one though and improvement is all that matters in some cases. The verse stayed on point but the heavy hitters weren't there like the others were. Ones opener was pretty decent and through out the whole verse I was feeling it punch by punch.
