ho-kay. i read both verses, and this was mad close....RICAN---you got some problems with your wording throughout your entire verse, like its not terrible wording, but its not great. its about mediocre. you had some fucking sick ideas for punches but the wording did throw the punches off a tiny bit, but they were still hot. the main thing the wording messed up was the flow, it was so broken and beat. lol. best way to describe it, it wasnt good whatsoever. pULSe---you had some good wording, and flow, but your main problem was concepts and metaphors. like, the Hyper? Ball Likin' time!! shit was played out to hell. but, your punches, even though you had less-then-decent concepts, were good. and its because the execution of the less-then-decent concepts were fuckin' amazing, i guess. lol. Ok, keeping it 100 and not just following trends lol... i was underwhelmed here. RICAN had only 1 good line in his first 8, picked up steam in the second half of the battle. pULSe was a bit more consistant over the 32, but also had 'misses'. Rican your concepts at times were really dope, the execution and wording was really bad in places though. pULSe i think you try to use too much wordplay and it forces your wording to drop in standard, and there were a couple plays that were a strectch. Overall i think Rican had more "wow" ideas, but pULSe was more consistant over the 32. Still a good battle, tossing 8's on it. One REALLY only just edged this. 10-10. Deserves hotlist, and you wont achieve it when those 8's above me.. I ain't gonna go in depth like these dukes above me did, just gonna point out some dope lines from both. Rican, feelin you "off-spring" line. Incorporated it well, i was digging it. The "threat to users" line was raw as well, and i'onno if you noticed but you posted the "pink panther" line twice lol...anyway, the "bombs:eye sent" line was dope too. Oh, and cant forget the 8 mile line. lol. I'm liking what i read, kept me entertained no doubt. Pulse, whaddup duke?...anywayz, your opener to "beauty salon treatments" was FUCKIN CRACK..Kept it consistent and relevant. The "public enemy" line was hot too, and the "dumbledoore's apprentice" had me laughin....Creative stuff. It also seems that you used quite a few movie references in your drop haha, but what does it matter. Crack bars P, keep it up and kept me entertained as well. Overall, both dropped some hot shit, no doubt. Both verses appealed to me, and that's what matter. Uhm, overall, difficult choice, you both are very equal in all categories, so basing the choice on a category/categories is kinda annoying. But, has to go to one. just felt he had a slight edge.
